I received my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification, from iPEC, one of the top programs in the coaching industry.
I became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is globally recognized organization.
I worked as a consultant at PwC, one of the leading advisory firms in the world, for about a decade. During this time, I managed high-stakes projects across a variety of industries and countries, working with Fortune 500 clients.
I graduated with a BA in Economics from Lancaster University Management School in the UK.
MORE ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in a small town in Lithuania. Since then, I have lived in the UK, where I graduated with a Bachelor's in Economics, followed by time in Colombia and Brazil, where I volunteered and taught teenagers about leadership and different cultures. In Mexico, I began my internship at one of the biggest advisory firms in the world, PwC, and finally made my way to the Big Apple – New York City – in 2013.
This is where my passion for coaching and guiding people toward success developed during my decade-long career as a professional services consultant at PwC. However, due to the demands of leading high-stakes projects, there was never enough time to fully engage in coaching team members.
This desire to guide people toward their own success led me to become a professional coach. I completed the iPEC Coaching Program and earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Now, I am building my own coaching practice—a long-held aspiration of mine—where I help young professionals find fulfilling career paths while navigating everyday workplace challenges.
My firsthand, extensive corporate experience, combined with my coaching training, allows me to relate to my clients deeply and offer more powerful conversations about achieving both professional and personal goals. As an accountability partner, I am here to guide and support my clients every step of the way.
